Changing up what you eat can seem daunting. Figure out whether you are an abstainer or a moderator. This will determine whether an all in or a step by step approach will work best for you.
Pick one non-plant food to remove for 1 month. Dairy? Meat? Need to start smaller? How about just replace milk with a non-dairy alternative or just cut out red meat for the month. Next month, add or remove something else.
